Message	All the water in this pic was/is a sod farm till a single day's "quick rain": Note how choppy the water is, despite it not even raining anymore. When my [now] wife came to visit me before I moved out to Texas I took her out on the bass boat. Note the perfect sky: Not even an hour later (and by this time the storm was "done"): Late-July to around mid/late September it will do this at least 4 days a week. Which is why it was just as pointless to drive those few months as it was in the winter in NJ/NY. Yeah, you get a few perfect days here and there, but generally not worth it (unless you don't care about driving in monsoons or blizzards..)
